Zoolio is an online shop that makes funny animal t-shirts with vintage vibes. Our shirts spark laughs, start conversations, and actually get worn. We’re a small independent business doing things differently, with items designed for laughs and printed on demand to avoid waste.

Yes! We're a real small business that recently launched online. We understand why you're checking (smart shopping!). Here's what you can count on: secure checkout through trusted payment processors, real customer service that actually responds, and clear policies on shipping and reprints. Every order comes with tracking, and if there's ever an issue with your shirt, we'll make it right with a refund or reprint. We're building our reputation one happy customer at a time.

What do you sell?

Right now, Zoolio sells only t-shirts. These are original animal-themed designs (like dogs, capybaras, and friends) in vintage, distressed styles. Every tee is made to order just for you.

How are your shirts printed?

Each shirt is printed using premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for long-lasting color and a soft, breathable feel. All Zoolio tees are made to order to reduce waste and overproduction.

What are your t-shirts made of?

We print on high-quality, comfortable tees that are built to last. The shirts are made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton. Our supplier, Gildan, is a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol, ensuring sustainable and ethical means of production. Additionally, the blank tees are certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees have a relaxed, true-to-size fit. If you prefer a looser look, go one size up. Check our Size Guide on each product page for measurements.

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order (U.S.)?

Each tee is printed after you order. Production usually takes up to 3 business days, then your order ships right out. In total, you can expect your order in around 10 days, though we suggest allowing up to two weeks in case of carrier delays, especially if you need it for a special occasion.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat $4.90 shipping rate on all U.S. orders. Enjoy free shipping for orders over $70.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start printing quickly! If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make further changes.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us. We’re happy to help.

Refunds & Reprints

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each shirt is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we will make it right with a refund or a reprint, whichever you prefer.

We will issue a refund or reprint in these cases:

• The wrong item was received (color, size, or model)
• The product arrived damaged
• The print quality was poor

Simply reach out to us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll handle it quickly.

Is Zoolio sustainable?

Yes! Every shirt is printed only after it’s ordered, which means no overstock and no wasted inventory. It’s our way of keeping things eco-friendly while making you laugh.
